We offer slaughtering and animal transportation services if needed. Specializing in Smoked meats, 15 flavors of sausage available in links, patties & loose bulk, as well as our unique must-try marinating vacuum meat tumbling. The Butcher Shop & Smokehouse has third generation experience teamed up with an amazing staff ready to serve you!

The Butcher Shop & Smokehouse is a custom cut shop, not a USDA facility. We pride ourselves on meeting and surpassing the USDA cleanliness standard at our facility and providing a professional service to customers seeking to have an animal processed.

Game Processing

Fresh out of the field with your deer, bear, or moose and need quick cooler access, clean processing, and tons of custom cut options? We've got you covered! Your animal will be skinned and hung in the cooler on the same day you drop off. Our cooler monitoring technology ensures your meat will always be stored at safe temperatures.

With 11 flavor options to choose from, turn your beef, pork, or wild game into linked, bulk or bratwurst sausage! Don't forget to request CHEESE in any of our bratwurst and sausage options!

Marinating Vacuum Meat Tumbler

This innovative machine creates high end meat house steaks for a fraction of the cost! In a vacuum-sealed chamber, we tumble and tenderize your meat with the marinade of your choice for 30+ minutes. This process forces open the pores of the meat absorbing the marinade in an incredibly effective way; at the conclusion of the tumble cycle, oxygen is introduced back into the tumbler closing the pores of the meat and locking the marinade inside. This amazing process creates a tender and juicy cut that is like no other!

The Butcher Shop & Smokehouse takes appointments throughout the year. A livestock slaughter and butchering appointment requires a $50 deposit which will go toward the final invoice. Appointments are first come first serve. 

  •  Ham and Bacon smoking is done in house

  • Slaughter fee is $100 per animal

  • Prices are subject to change

  • We do not process chickens or turkeys
